Coated brake discs

Unbraked to a zero-emission future

Rethinking established brake components

We combine driving pleasure and environmental protection with our expertise. As an established manufacturer, we are using our innovative laser cladding technology to ensure that emissions from braking systems will be significantly reduced in the future.

Safety for the environment

The brake disc

The growing number of vehicles of all types and their density on the roads worldwide is leading to an increase in particulate pollution. Particulate matter is produced not only during the combustion process, but also as abrasion from tires and brakes. Laser cladding can reduce the amount of particulate matter generated by brake discs by up to ninety percent.

The production solutions developed by SITEC are capable of coating different types of brake discs. Volume production scenarios range from prototypes to high volume production.

Laser cladding

Advantage through technology

Our laser cladding process is the leading solution for coating brake discs. This innovative technology brings an optimal performance and significantly longer the life of components that are subject to wear and tear.

The advanced process allows a highly precise and uniform coating to be applied to the surface of the brake disc. The finest powder material is melted onto the disc using a laser beam, forming a tough coating that effectively prevents wear and corrosion.

Excellence in every powder layer

Precise coating thickness

Minimal heat exposure

Our support ranges from the sourcing and procurement of raw materials to the optimization of logistics processes and supply chain management for our customers.

Growing strategically

From the end of 2026, the European Union's Euro 7 Emissions Standard will require a reduction in emissions from vehicles that are harmful to the environment and human health.
As a result, the demand for coated brake discs will increase sharply. To meet these growing market requirements, we are expanding our production capacity and investing in advanced equipment.
